Rotex sieving equipment has long been known as the best available when it comes to efficient separation of dry materials at Incamesh we supply reconditioned Rotex gyratory sieving equipment to the highest standard, all wear parts and consumables are replaced with new. Outlets and inlet configurations can be modified to suit your requirements saving on expensive installation costs.

We shot blast and inspect for any defects and repair or replace to the highest standards to ensure trouble free running of your refurbished Rotex screen.

New screen frames and dust proof top covers can be supplied in Aluminium, stainless steel and carbon steel.

Refurbished gearboxes available with 12 month warranty from start of use or we can refurbish your existing gearbox with 12 month warranty, in some instances we can offer a loan unit while your gearbox is being repaired to minimise down time and loss of production.

All spare parts are available off the shelf and are manufactured in the UK.

How it works

Gyratory motion rapidly distributes, stratifies, and separates

The unique gyratory-reciprocating motion begins with a horizontal circular motion at the feed end that immediately spreads the material across the full width of the screen.

1. Circular motion at feed end

The circular motion gradually diminishes along the length of the machine to an elliptical path, and finally to an approximate straight-line motion at the discharge end.

2. Changing to elliptical motion at centre

This motion allows the machine to process material at a higher capacity and improves screening performance for near-size material.

3. Straight-line motion at discharge end

There is no vertical component to this motion – thus keeping the material in constant contact with the screen surface.
